ImageVision.Net, an AllHealth vendor-partner, has reached an agreement with Philadelphia-based Albert Einstein Health Network (Einstein) to deploy HealthPay24, a collection management system designed to significantly increase front-end point-of-service collections for hospitals. HealthPay24 software will be installed at all six major Einstein healthcare facilities and will help the health system increase collections of co-pays and self-pays by tying computers at points of service with back-end patient accounting systems. PHILADELPHIA — ImageVision.Net, an AllHealth vendor-partner, has reached an agreement with Philadelphia-based Albert Einstein Health Network (Einstein) to deploy HealthPay24, a collection management system designed to significantly increase front-end point-of-service collections for hospitals.

HealthPay24 software will be installed at all six major Einstein healthcare facilities and will help the health system increase collections of co-pays and self-pays by tying computers at points of service with back-end patient accounting systems.

"We selected HealthPay24 because it has a proven track record of increasing up-front collections by 300 to 500 percent within a few months of implementation," said Michael Nuccio, Einstein's director, revenue cycle. He adds, "Given that this software can be easily implemented within a 10 week time frame, we anticipate utilizing the software very quickly and predict a very fast return on our investment."

In addition to increasing revenue, HealthPay24 can also reduce back-end expenses such as billing and collection fees. HealthPay24 encourages the use of cash, check, debit and credit cards with real-time authorization. It also provides detailed cash management reports that monitor collection efforts at each terminal, department, or campus.

"Albert Einstein Healthcare Network is the type of forward-thinking organization that realizes the benefits of increasing upfront collections and we are eager to complete the implementation so that they can begin reaping the benefits of the software as soon as possible," said David Millary, ImageVision.Net president and CEO.

HealthPay24 is available at a discount to mid-Atlantic healthcare organizations that purchase the software through AllHealth.
