ATS Corporation has been awarded the Mobile Systems portion of the Mississippi Department of Information Technology Services Contract. ATSC is a provider of systems integration, application development, IT infrastructure management, and strategic IT consulting services primarily to U.S. federal government agencies.

“This contract win is representative of the capabilities and service offerings we have developed, and the value we provide, to the public safety marketplace,” said Martin Gillespie, ATSC’s Vice President and General Manager of Public Safety Solutions. “This win, in conjunction with other industry leaders, demonstrates our ability to service multi-faceted contracts on a large and protracted scale. We look forward to getting underway in fulfilling our responsibilities and further expanding our roster of recent contract wins.”

ATSC has concentrated on developing government financial, human resource and data management systems, building and implementing over 100 mission-critical systems for clients. The company also leverages its IT services, management consulting, software and systems development expertise into financial institutions, insurance companies, and government-sponsored enterprises through a wholly owned subsidiary, Appix, Inc.

Five firms, including ATSC, were awarded contracts from Information Technology Services and the Mississippi Department of Public Safety to appear as mobile systems carriers on the Department’s homepage. The contract is expected to extend over 4 years.
