The new AMS Instar 9.1 has an old familiarity to it. And that makes it easy to use. The new AMS Instar 9.1 has an old familiarity to it. And that makes it easy to use.

This feature-rich agency automation product from AMS Services is now built on the robust Omnis Studio platform but provides users with the ease of working in the familiar Microsoft Windows® environment.

Using AMS InStar, agency staffers can process and service clients quickly and efficiently through complex search features and integrated workflows—all of which boosts productivity and generates more revenue. According to Bill Bunker, senior vice president, AMS made improvements to Instar based on customer feedback. The ability to open multiple client records concurrently and one-click access to charts and reports, for instance, are two enhancements in the new version.

Bill Mitchell, president of Mitchell Insurance, Inc., said the beauty of AMS InStar is that this feature-loaded program comes in a user-friendly package.

“AMS InStar integrates all the desirable features of an agency management system into a single package that is so easy to learn that I literally trained employees to use the solution in less than two hours,” Mitchell said.
