Of all the clients who rely on the Web site of Michigan-based Sircon Corporation, insurance agents might find the company’s redesigned site the most helpful. Of all the clients who rely on the Web site of Michigan-based Sircon Corporation, insurance agents might find the company’s redesigned site the most helpful.

That’s because Sircon, which provides a full range of compliance-related services for the insurance industry, has included a new “Quick Start for Agents” section on the home page. The section gives producers one-click access to the process of applying for or renewing a license, checking the status of a license application or renewal, a state-by-state continuing education course finder, and more.

In addition, the updated Web site’s home page organizes all of Sircon’s products and services in an easy-to-find manner for the company’s other clients—carriers, agencies and brokerages, regulators, and education providers.

Scott Morrison, vice president of marketing for Sircon, said the redesigned Web site reflects the company’s commitment to put its customers first.

“Sircon’s new Web site features simpler, more comprehensive navigation tools and easier access to our online services,” Morrison said. “It also offers fresh content to provide our customers supporting regulatory information.”

In addition to the user-friendly home page for clients and visitors, the Sircon site allows its thousands of subscriber clients to use a separate login page for easy access to services and state-specific regulatory information. Using this secure site, subscriber clients can process licenses and renewals, submit appointment requests, and process course information, among other tasks.
