LTC Financial Partners received four awards for excellence in marketing at the 2008 American Association for Long-Term Care Insurance conference.  The conference, held in Atlanta, GA, also honored several leading insurance carriers.

The four awards received were:

1. "Gold Level Website/Public Relations Service" - Agent Consumer Websites.  Strategy reflected:  Increase public exposure through a "web of websites," each linked to national and local PR programs.  Not only was public attention stimulated, new agents who were interested in their own personalized websites were attracted.  These sites include proprietary fulfillment marketing materials hosted by LTC Financial Partners (LTCFP).

2. "Florida Partnership Piece" - Direct Mail. Strategy reflected: Use as little copy (words and factual information) as possible to alert the general public to the financial inducements offered by Florida and other states for estate and lifestyle protection through the use of long-term care insurance.

3. "Dignity for Life" - Consumer Brochure. Strategy reflected: Give people the facts instead of a sales pitch. The "brochure" is actually in the format of a brief self-cover book about long-term care insurance. It utilizes brevity of words plus charts and pictures for quick, easy understanding. Distributed free by LTCFP, the book is also available on Amazon.com for $8.95.

4. "Rocktober" - Sales Agent Contest. Strategy Reflected: Making appointments and placing policies can be considered fun not labor. LTCFP created a themed 5-week sales contest for friendly competition amongst fellow agents. The Rock 'N' Roll themed contest started in October, hence the name "Rocktober. "In Rocktober, our agents really rocked with friendly competition," said Jonas Roeser, Senior Vice President, LTCFP.  The result, at the end of the five weeks, was an increase in submitted premium of 50% over the previous month. "The competition really helps build team spirit," Roeser said.

Referring to the combination of marketing strategies, Roeser said "[this] kind of marketing support makes LTCFP the kind of agency the best agents want to team up with. That's why so many have asked to join us."
