Duck Creek Technologies®, Inc, a provider of software solutions for the insurance industry, has chosen Saba for their online education and training for employees. Saba, a leading Human Capital Management (HCM) provider for software and services, provides customers with a Web-based, on demand method of training. Duck Creek is now using the Saba Centa, Saba Learning, and Saba Performance applications suites.

Usinag Saba's Web-based training software, Duck Creek is now able to train its employees at branch offices on various topics such as new hire orientation, skill training, and instruction with Duck Creek's EXAMPLE Platform®.  With more than 100 Web-based classes available, Duck Creek can train employees despite distance or location.  Because the Web-based training is constantly accessible, scheduling is solely based on the student's availability.

“The Saba Solution has helped us to exponentially increase the training that is available to employees and customers and has brought a consistency to our performance processes that enable our senior management to improve alignment between individual and corporate goals,” said Doug Roller, CEO for Duck Creek Technologies.

“By adopting a unified, OnDemand solution from Saba,” added Roller, “we are able to turn on new functionality easily and will be able to link all aspects of our talent management process together to enhance organizational productivity. Moreover, Saba has provided us with consulting and support resources who have partnered with us to ensure our success.”

Duck Creek reports that Saba Performance has already benefited the company by improving their annual and 90-day review cycles and offering employees the ability to view company, team, and manager goals at any time. This has produced a more efficient way for managers to produce performance management reporting abilities.
