Add award-winner to the list of adjectives describing the Retail Insurance and Annuity Division of Sun Life Financial, Inc..
The division has won a Stevie® Award in the Sales-Interactive
Multimedia category for its SunDexSM Bonus Client Movie CD. It also was
a finalist in four other marketing categories, including the Best
Online Ad/Campaign category for its SunDex Bonus Fixed Index Annuity.
With the help of Connecticut-based marketing firm Adams & Knight, Sun Life Financial developed the SunDex Bonus Movie CD as a point-of-sale tool to inform agents and clients about the SunDex Bonus Fixed Index Annuity. The CD features a double-feature movie theme that discusses the issues that affect retirement planning, including lifestyle risk, and explains how the annuity’s income storage benefit can address those issues.
Sun Life Financial also was a finalist in three additional categories for marketing support and tools for the Income ON Demand® variable annuity living benefit, including Best Marketing or Sales Brochure or Kit, Best Specialty Ad/Campaign, and Best Mixed Media Campaign.

The award was presented this month during the 2008 American Business AwardsSM held at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York.
